We handled the FF&E works and partial electrical works for "Super Hotel Myanmar Thilawa," located in the Thilawa Special Economic Zone (SEZ) near Yangon, Myanmar. Serving as the main contractor, we executed the furnishings for a wide range of areas, including the guest rooms, public spaces, and the spa facilities that are the symbol of the hotel.

Even under the procurement and logistics environment unique to overseas locations, we thoroughly implemented the same strict quality and schedule management as in Japan. Through functional furniture arrangements and reliable equipment construction, we supported the expansion of a Japanese hotel brand trusted for both business and leisure.
