This is the guest room renewal and spa facility construction project for Kumamoto Washington Hotel Plaza.
Centered on a seamless flow design connecting the front desk to the spa facilities, ANDas comprehensively handled everything from the lobby to the guest rooms—covering design planning, design services, equipment works, FF&E, and signage works in an end-to-end process.

The biggest key to this project was the challenge of "constructing new spa facilities" within a limited timeframe. We restructured the schedule and formulated a unique construction plan that effectively incorporated night work. Without compromising quality in the slightest, we achieved completion exactly on schedule.
