ANDas handles the entire process of planning, designing, manufacturing, and selling furniture and products, providing the optimal FF&E for domestic and international projects.
Leveraging our production system across multiple overseas locations, we select optimal factories and manage manufacturing according to quality, cost, and lot size requirements.
Centered on manufacturing in Asia, we handle a wide range of needs, from developing original furniture to delivering to hotel projects.

[THE base OSAKA SAKAI HIGASHI APARTMENT HOTEL]

THE base Sakai Higashi Apartment Hotel is an extended-stay hotel that offers the comfort and peace of mind of returning home while traveling.

Based on insights gained from traveling the world, its design and functionality condense the "best features" of city hotels, business hotels, guesthouses, and hostels. With excellent access—just a 12-minute train ride to Namba—it serves as a "BASE" for both business and sightseeing for a wide range of guests.

Through our in-house operations, ANDas gains practical knowledge on guest flow, facility specifications, and daily management. We continuously cycle these insights back into our hotel development and FF&E proposals to create highly effective spaces.

[THE base ASAKAYAMA CAFE DINING]

THE base ASAKAYAMA CAFE DINING is a "secret base" cafe in Asakayama, designed around the theme of "Everyone's base."

Designed and built by ANDas, the interior features an open space taking advantage of high ceilings and a handmade warmth. It is enjoyed by guests for a variety of occasions, from lunch to dinner.

As a place visited by many customers daily, it serves as an ideal environment for practically verifying customer flow, seating arrangements, and service operations. The knowledge gained here is directly applied to our design, construction, and FF&E proposals for restaurants and hotel cafes.
