This is the renovation project for "Himuka," a Japanese restaurant at Phoenix Seagaia Resort.
ANDas handled the Design Planning and Interior Construction.
Based on the philosophy of delivering "Life's Feast"—a moving experience for each guest—we supported the resort's evolution into a lifestyle destination enjoyable across generations through our spatial design.

Challenges: Elevating Seagaia's Unique Luxury
and Creating an "Exclusive Experience".

For this renewal, the challenge was how to elevate the luxury of the unique "Seagaia" brand.
We were required to create a space that offers an "exclusive experience" to attract a wide range of guests, including families, and foster brand loyalty. Therefore, it was crucial to carefully balance costs without compromising on luxury.

Concept: A Space That Breathes New Life
While Utilizing Existing Elements.

To optimize costs, the base of the floors and ceilings were effectively utilized from the existing structure.
Meanwhile, we aimed to create a premium space symbolizing the new "Himuka" by placing impactful, meticulously crafted designs in key areas.
These include an approach wall where the textures of wood and thatch intersect, a counter featuring profound stone masonry, and earthen walls finished with traditional techniques.

Solutions: Flexible On-Site Responsiveness
to "Materialize While Building".

We collaborated closely with the resident designer during construction, accommodating detailed requests that went beyond the drawings at any time.
Through resourceful on-site management, we achieved the envisioned interior in the shortest possible time.
We practiced ANDas's signature flexible craftsmanship, shaping ideals through repeated on-site dialogues.

Results: A Space That Welcomes Guests with Smiles.
A Stage for Premium Experiences Elevating Brand Value.

The restaurant was fully booked on its opening day and received a massive response.
The client highly praised our work, stating, "We are thrilled to be ready to welcome our guests with joy and make them happy."
