"BLISSTIA SUITES & RESORT Okinawa Onnason" opened in July 2026 in Onnason (Onna Village), on the west coast of Okinawa's main island. This premium resort hotel was born as a condominium hotel with 139 guest rooms, each over 50 square meters.
In this project, ANDas handled the FF&E (furniture) work for the entire property from the guest rooms to the lobby, restaurant, club lounge, shop, and indoor and outdoor pools.
Through the pre-opening works from March to May 2026, we supported the creation of a stay experience befitting a high-end hotel from the furniture side.

Challenges: Balancing high-End Quality
with Cost Efficiency.

What this project demanded was the realization of accommodation spaces with the design quality, craftsmanship, and comfort befitting a high-end hotel.
The scope extended across the entire property: 139 guest rooms, plus public spaces including the lobby, club lounge, restaurant, and indoor and outdoor pools.

Never compromise on quality—yet keep a careful eye on cost.
From the FF&E planning stage onward, this was a project that demanded precision in every decision.

Concept: Furniture in Harmony with a Resort
Embraced by the Sea and Mountains.

The setting is a hilltop in Onnason surrounded by the sea and mountains—a resort designed so that the entire hotel blends into Okinawa's natural landscape.
To match this environment, ANDas planned furniture combining design quality and durability for each indoor and outdoor space.

For the outdoor furniture, our considerations ranged from the careful selection of materials such as rattan and cushions, through to the balance of design, maintainability, and cost.
We aimed for spaces whose beauty endures—even at the poolside and on the lanai (balcony), exposed to the subtropical climate.

Solutions: Flexible Schedule Management
Attuned to On-Site Progress.

At a newly built property approaching its opening, many construction works proceed simultaneously.
ANDas continually reviewed the installation schedules and plans in line with on-site progress, delivering and installing the furniture while coordinating closely with all parties involved. We responded flexibly to schedule changes, completing the work within the construction period while maintaining quality.

Facing the different conditions of each space—guest rooms, public spaces, and indoor and outdoor pools—we kept quality and schedule in balance throughout.
This project embodied ANDas's signature way of working: moving the site forward through close collaboration with everyone involved.

Results: Supporting the Resort's Worldview Through Furniture,
All the Way to Opening Day.

With the work completed in May 2026, the hotel celebrated its grand opening in July of the same year.
From the guest room lanais to the lobby and poolside, the furniture installed throughout the property blends into the scenery as part of each space, shaping the worldview of the resort.
This project stands as a testament to supporting a high-end stay experience from the field of FF&E.
