In the renovation project of the resort hotel "il azzurri," located in Dogashima Onsen, Nishi-Izu, Shizuoka Prefecture, we served as the main contractor, comprehensively handling the architecture, electrical and mechanical equipment works, and FF&E (furniture and custom lighting) works. We managed the renewal of major areas ranging from the guest rooms and lobby lounge to the main restaurant.

Taking advantage of the location where all guest rooms offer an ocean view, we arranged high-quality furniture and an interior overflowing with an open, airy feel and Italian taste. Additionally, in the restaurant "Taverna di Mare," which features a central open kitchen, we achieved a balance between a highly dynamic spatial presentation and functional equipment design. We executed total construction management that enhances the hotel's asset value from both design and infrastructure perspectives.
