Serving as the main contractor, we handled the interior construction and FF&E works for the guest rooms and dining area at "Umibe no Oyado Ikkyu," located in Yunohama Onsen, Yamagata Prefecture. To incorporate the magnificent scenery of the Sea of Japan as part of the space, we carried out a renewal from both the interior and furniture perspectives.

In the guest rooms, we arranged low beds to keep the line of sight low and create a sense of openness, and newly installed counter tables by the windows offering a panoramic view of the sea. In the dining area, "Nami no Tari," we revamped the layout so that guests can enjoy the sunset from any seat, finishing it into a space that heightens the emotional experiential value for our guests.
