Serving as the main contractor, we handled the FF&E works for furniture and custom lighting at "Ark Land Spa," located within "i+Land nagasaki" on Ioujima Island, Nagasaki. Across the indoor and outdoor spa facilities, as well as the relaxation rooms, we created furnishings that fully embody the brand's worldview.

We carefully selected and arranged the optimal furniture tailored to the unique characteristics of each area—from the open outdoor spaces overlooking the ocean to the highly immersive indoor spaces. Additionally, we executed the precise installation of custom lighting designed to set the perfect mood and ambiance of the space. Through meticulous quality and schedule management, we delivered a space that supports a dramatic spa experience, deeply healing the minds and bodies of the guests.
