They established as a joint venture with the Korean company. It becomes the enterprise solely owned in Vietnam now. It is the first company using the laminating materials for furnitures in the manufacturing industry of the furniture in Vietnam.

FF&E WORK FLOW
受注から生産までの工程について

Design furnitures
We set the meeting with customer about design or drawing of furnitures in Japan and proceed cooperating with the factory over seas.

Make samples
After contract to making a sample, we proceed to produce it. It takes about 4 weeks from making to delivering. (If using shipping, takes 5 days from China, 10 days from Vietnam.)

Official drawing – Contract
After check the sample, confirm the schedule to deliver, and draw the official design, make a final estimate then contract officialy. (50% of payment needed)

Manufactureing, checking, packing
and shipping container -
Shipping
We issue documents needed such as B/L, invoice, the list of packing, warranty.

Importing procedures
We proceed the custom clearance and pay the tax.

Delivery in Japan
After arrival, we would switch the products from the container to the truck in an appropriate way and transport to the site at a specified time.

Construct and assemble the products
We assemble products at the site by ourselves.
