We are pleased to announce that two new interviews with members of our Kyoto Office have been published on our recruitment site.
The integrated approach that defines ANDas—covering everything from planning and design to construction and FF&E—extends to after-sales maintenance following handover. At the Kyoto Office, construction management, which builds each project on site, and after-sales maintenance, which supports the facility after completion, work hand in hand to pass the baton at the moment of handover.
In these interviews, two team members who joined ANDas through mid-career recruitment from very different backgrounds—one a former carpenter, the other a hotel operations veteran—speak candidly about what led them to join, the unique rewards of their respective roles, from on-site management that respects the craftspeople to maintenance attuned to the client's voice, and the atmosphere of the Kyoto Office team.
We have also published a special dialogue between the two, in which they discuss the behind-the-scenes of a project as seen from each side of the handover.
