The "Rakuten Travel Award" recognizes accommodations from approximately 40,000 facilities across Japan that have received exceptionally high ratings over the past year.
The "Silver Award" is presented to facilities that demonstrate particularly outstanding performance and customer satisfaction among those honored.
Since our first award in 2017, this marks the 7th time this facility has been selected.
Through the challenges of the pandemic and in response to the growing diversity of guest needs — including extended stays and group bookings — the combination of our strengths in spatial design and our sincere approach to operations has enabled us to maintain consistently high recognition.
At ANDas, we apply the insights gained through our own property management operations and direct feedback from guests to each stage of our design, construction, and direction processes.
